Specialty chemical

Do you manufacture or distribute products for boiler systems, cooling towers, the oil patch, water treatment, or other specialized applications?

Do customers order from you rather than a raft of competitors, because they know you’re better? Do you get new business from their referrals?

If you go the extra mile with your products, your safety data sheets and labels should do the same. Give them the look and style of your letterhead, including your company logo.

SDScribe™ generates safety data sheets and labels as word processing documents. That means you don’t need to pay an outside firm to re-do them every time you change your stationery. Or when you change formulations.

Instead, you can update them as needed, right inside the program. Use Word-type style sheets. Or export them to a word processing program, for additional customization.

SDScribe™ can generate an SDS in either UN or EU-ECHA format from the same data. There are also separate, paired fields to hold the same information in a non-English language. With the optional non-English section titles, the program can generate SDSs in two languages from the same SDS record. These features make it easier for you to distribute worldwide.

SDS templates

To get you going quickly, SDScribe™ includes templates for products based on their characteristics, like corrosive liquids, irritant solids, and water reactive metals. You can duplicate one or more of these templates and then customize them for your particular products. You can also duplicate one of your completed SDSs and turn it into a template. Or create your own templates from scratch.

Inventory and Production Manager

With the optional Inventory and Production Manager, you can maintain stock levels of ingredients, parts, and finished product; print batch sheets for the production floor and labels for bottles; log batch size, QC analyses, photos and notes; and calculate costs.
